Responsibilities
  • Create a strong rapport with the guests to build confidence in the dealership and services that result in service appointments
  • Use CRM software to generate reservations in the system to facilitate proper follow-up
  • Make out-bound calls to set up service appointments
  • Provide our guests with a world-class experience
  • Handle all incoming calls to the service department promptly and courteously
  • Partners with service advisors to schedule appointments per procedures
  • Maintains a general understanding of the repair process and explains the process to our customers
  • Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
  • Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
  • Ensures all service targets are met or exceeded

Requirements
  • Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Xtime, Excel, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, DMS)
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Willing to adapt to ever changing environment, technology, and processes
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
