Compensation & Benefits

  • Training Period: $38,285/year (average annual earnings) + uncapped bonus potential.
  • Post-Training: $60,000 - $80,000/year (average annual earnings and bonuses).

Work Hours

  • Monday – Friday, starting at 8:15 AM.
  • Average workweek: 45 hours.
  • Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required based on branch needs.
  • Extended office hours may vary depending on branch size.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Build long-term relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Promote additional products to both new and existing customers.

Operations:

  • Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in exceeding branch goals.

Leadership Development:

  • Learn to support management tasks such as staff workload delegation and loan document analysis.
  • Gain proficiency in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion to management (locations: MS, AL, LA, IL, MO, & TX).
  • Employment contingent upon successful background check, drug screening, and credit check.
