This role develops legislative strategies, builds relationships with government entities, and drives initiatives that strengthen the organization's influence in healthcare policy.MUST SIT ON A STATE BOARD OF PHARMACYKey Responsibilities Develop and implement government relations strategies to influence healthcare policies at federal, state, and local levels.Monitor, analyze, and respond to legislative and regulatory developments affecting operations and industry positioning.Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulatory agencies, and industry leaders to advocate for key priorities.Prepare policy briefs, position papers, and expert testimony to support legislative initiatives and regulatory compliance.Lead public policy initiatives, manage external advocacy teams, and coordinate grassroots engagement efforts to drive impactful outcomes.Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 7 years in public policy, legislative advocacy, or government relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
