Description

• Main Function: Identification, development, and implementation of controls for equipment and machinery

• through the application and monitoring of preventative maintenance and implementation of predictive maintenance, under a cost-controlled environment for the profitability of the business.

• Diagnose the origin of failures in equipment and machinery through analysis methodology and equipment specifications

• Understanding and application of TPM Methodologies

• Identify, develop, and implement controls improvements for production and facilities equipment.

• Manage Schedule of controls personnel.

• Manage inventory of spare parts for production equipment.

• Collaborate with production leadership to ensure stability and uptime of production equipment.

• Development of procedural documentation and drawings.

• Definition of standard practices and hardware for equipment.

• Programming development and improvement for controls projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

i. Document/translate process information to be implemented in the Shreveport factory.

ii. Develop training documentation for implementation for plant expansion.

iii. Develop process specifications to ensure product quality.

iv. Develop production expectations based on cycle time analysis.

v. Follow up with suppliers to ensure equipment deliveries and installations are remaining on schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
