Providence House is an emergency, homeless shelter for families (single men, single women, and married couples) with children in Shreveport, Louisiana. For 37 years, our mission has centered on one common goal, “Breaking the Homeless Cycle One Family at a Time.” Reporting to the board of directors, we are looking for a highly skilled Executive Director to oversee the organization's administration, programs, and strategic planning, often managing staff, fundraising, and building relationships with the board and community, while ensuring the organization's mission and goals are met. Experience in hiring and managing staff is essential; established relationships with local community groups are a plus.
