As the Project Manager Facilities, you will oversee the Project Management services to the various entities and subsidiaries for CPKC in for an assigned region, for all leased and owned sites. The successful candidate will develop and deliver the overall design of the project and to track and update budgets and schedules throughout the course of a project to ensure that it is completed on time and within budgets established and approved. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: Administer contracts, including safety orientation, field inspection and supervision of contract work on various projects for the assigned region Coordinate work activities with internal departments and contractors to ensure safe, cost-effective execution of projects and programmed maintenance work Accountable for utility infrastructure maintenance to ensure business continuity for the assigned region Design and Manage utility infrastructure projects on a day to day basis to ensure completion within schedule and budget Ensure...Project Manager, Facilities, Manager, Project Management, Transportation, Business Services
