The Partnership Manager contributes to company growth by developing relationships with existing and potential clients throughout the sales life cycle (from lead generation to proposal acceptance) and maintaining consistent documentation of projects. The Partnership Manager understands how to match Homelands technology solutions in video surveillance, access control and system integration with customer needs in target growth markets and develops proposals with minimal revisions from engineering.
In this role you will
Security Solution Expert: Build and maintain a basic knowledge of security systems,
product sets, and overall technologies designed and installed by Homeland Safety Systems (HSS). Complete all necessary testing to gain state or region-specific licenses.
Sales Driven: Consistently generate proposals for potential and existing clients, ensuring
needs are met, and demonstrating a vast understanding of the time and resources required
to complete projects. Exhibit a culture of excellence and urgency within the sales team,
fostering a shared commitment to drive revenue growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure projects are
designed and completed to the highest standard. Openly provide and accept feedback on
improving processes within sales and operations.
Client Advocacy: Proactively conduct follow-ups to validate customer satisfaction. Act as
a client advocate regarding safety and security needs, ensuring customer feedback is heard and addressed appropriately.
Excellent Communication: Utilize the best method for communicating with departments
that enhances transparency and unity across the team.
Homeland Reputation: Advocate and promote the companys values, goals, and best
practices to clients, ensuring consistent alignment with HSS vision and mission. Ensure
interactions with customers, vendors, and coworkers demonstrate high standard of quality
and integrity
