This role supports the sales of warehouse systems-dock and door, conveyors, overhead cranes, racking, and safety equipment-by developing strategic customer relationships and tailoring solutions that increase operational efficiency. This field-based position supports our branches in Louisiana (Shreveport, Baton Rouge & St. Rose) and Alabama (Dothan & Mobile). What You'll Do:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and constructionDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needsConduct product demonstrations and presentations on engineered warehouse equipment solutionsCollaborate with engineering and design teams to propose customized solutionsCreate accurate quotes and sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close dealsUnderstand AGV technology and how it integrates with WMS systemsStay up to date on market trends and competitor offeringsAttend trade shows and industry events to represent BurwellMaintain CRM documentation on leads, activities, and pipelineProvide top-notch customer service throughout the sales cycleSkills & Experience We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferredSales experience in industrial equipment or related fieldFamiliarity with dock and door equipment, conveyors, cranes, racking, and AGV technologiesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsSelf-motivated and team-orientedWillingness to travel to meet with clients and attend eventsBenefits:All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
