This is an electrical engineering project management position.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Read, interpret, and understand architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications.Establishes deadlines, develops goals, and determines production standards for the departmentAnalyzes data and reviews drawings and plans to ensure quality of work and project feasibilityCreate AutoCAD/Inventor installation & drawingsMaintain the detailing schedule in order to meet both internal and external customer demandsPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Work Experience: 3+ years related experience.Education: Bachelors degreein electrical engineering , or related fieldRelated Experience:Ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityProficient in math and measurements to accurately design and draw productsProficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn AutoCAD/InventorAttention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks; keep up in a fast-paced environment1-3+ years supervisory experienceProfessionally licensed or willing to pursue license as required to support project requirementsAbility to provide strategic approaches for advancing technology in MXS detailing processUnderstand engineering design principles to guide designers and draftersWORK ENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights.
