Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, including an expansion into Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

To provide friendly and positive service to all guests, supervise all slot technicians, and evaluate all slot machines' performance.

Responsibilities:

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Maintain a good working relationship with Louisiana State Police.
• Plan and implement machine moves and conversions.
• Maintain an effective parts inventory program.
• Evaluate technical staff and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Enforce company and Louisiana State Police policies and procedures.
• Maintain good working relationships with the Shift Manager, Director, and other departments. Resolve guest disputes when necessary.
• Protect company assets.
• Manage subordinate supervisors who oversee Slot Techs.
• Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving complaints.

Qualifications

Education: Technical/other training, Associates degree.

Experience: Required.

Licenses & Certifications: LA Alc Compliance Trainer, LA Ops License.
