Director Designee

I am looking for an experienced and highly skilled Director Designee with a strong focus on Management and Professionalism. The Director Designee will be working directly with the classroom teachers and the owner to ensure the center runs smoothly. Because we care for infants and toddlers, I expect strong management skills, not micromanaging but visible management of the teachers. This position requires high-level organizational skills and a commitment to management and dedication .

Responsibilities:

• Partner with owner and create and maintain monthly calendars for childrens' activities.
• Oversee and optimize the performance of the teachers.
• Friendly, Respectful, Professional disposition with parents.
• Manage problematic behavior with children when teacher becomes overwhelmed.
• Organize team meetings and consult with owner.
• Ensure high standards of teachers.
• Input Data into TS Gold
• Ensure teachers keep a walkie talkie on them at all times
• Ensure teachers have taken proper classes to remain employed
