Job Details

Core Responsibilities: Responsible for optimizing equipment and investigating and implementing new engineered improvements. Responsible for troubleshooting, advising, and eliminating all design, process, and production quality issues. Assist in the training of production and maintenance employees concerning the Hot Rolling Mill. Assist in the procedure development with production employees concerning the Hot Rolling Mill. Assist other Process Engineers as required on special projects. Assist in the development and implementation of work procedures, PMs and LOTO. Participate in down days, outages, and special projects. Participate in plant 5 S and Lean manufacturing programs as well as all continuous improvement activities. Participate in "Root Cause Analysis" meetings to determine and rectify problematic issues in the process. Participate in safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goals and expectations.
