In this role, you'll help design and deliver tailored technology solutions that support critical national defense initiatives. From enterprise IT and cybersecurity to digital engineering and software development, you'll contribute to modernization efforts for the U.S. Air Force and Space Force—including support for next-generation platforms like the F-22. Title: Systems Engineer & Sr Systems Engineer
Location: Bossier City, LA (fully onsite)
Pay ranges: $64-80k & Senior $98-120k (client may be able to flex for qualified candidates)
Schedule: Full-time M-F

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, additional years of experience in lieu of degree can be considered.
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience (System Engineer) or 6+ years of related experience (Senior Systems Engineer)
• Required Technical Skills: Red Hat, Linux and Solaris (a plus)
• Security Clearance Level: Secret
• Security+ CE certification/DoD 8140 compliant
• Location: On site in Bossier City, LA Experience/Skills: • Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems
• Contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific engineering projects.
• Performs systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end.
• Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation and analysis & functional allocation
• Oversight of moderately complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis.
• Performs continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies.
• Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects.
• Conduct system requirements reviews
