Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant job in Shreveport, LA. This is a temp to hire opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support and other duties as necessary!

Hours: 8am - 5pm - Monday - Friday

Pay $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

·Basic telephone and support services: answering phones and routing them appropriately

·Gathering data and organizing it into reports

·Performing general administrative duties

·Working in Microsoft Office to create documents

·Other duties as required

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· Strong computer skills

· Strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
