Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in delivering compassionate and high-quality dental care to every patient.
• Assist dental professionals with various treatments on a regular basis.
• Support the office manager in optimizing daily operations to enhance patient care through effective teamwork and scheduling.
• Ensure a smooth patient flow and create opportunities for Same Day Care.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring, and oversee the training of new dental assistants.
• Uphold office integrity by following all regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents through processes prior to treatment, educating them on oral hygiene, and providing postoperative instructions.
• Ensure the clinical area is fully operational and that all dental equipment is functioning correctly.
• Manage supply ordering and inventory for dental materials.
• Maintain high standards of compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• SC X-ray certification, Nitrous Oxide certification, and CPR-BLS Certification.
