What You'll Do

• Connect with members through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations for those who request them
• Present coverage options in a clear, personalized way
• Assist with applications and online forms
• Maintain accurate, compliant records
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

What We're Looking For

• Strong, confident communication skills
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Experience in client service or sales is an asset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic digital tools and platforms
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
