SierTeK Ltd. is seeking Missile Maintenance Support to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA.
Essential Job Functions
* Advise AFGSC/A3 on ICBM test and evaluation, stockpile management, force structure, and provide analysis for munitions replenishment, forecasting, and sustainment of ICBM Force Development & Evaluation for test launches.
* Review and validate Re-Distribution Orders, Transaction Allowance Change Requests, and ensure equipment availability for missile wings' daily operations, OPLAN 801X, GLOBAL CITADEL, depot maintenance, and GBSD deployment.
* Produce monthly TCTO and MCL reports.
* Develop ICBM munitions forecasts supporting FDEs, training, and security requirements; handle out-of-cycle requests.
* Address supply deficiencies through coordination with DLA, 439th Supply Chain Ops, AFNWC, AFMC, engineers, and item managers using maintenance and supply systems.
* Determine base and low-density stock levels for weapon system parts; manage stock levels for Single Point Failure and Operational Readiness parts.
* Develop ICBM configuration controls for data collection systems and incorporate programmatic changes for depot maintenance and GBSD deployment.
* Conduct daily ICBM status reviews to ensure mission success per OPLAN 801X and GLOBAL CITADEL.
* Use IMDS for trend analysis to identify operational constraints and ensure system accuracy and reliability.
* Develop and publish ETARs for significant discrepancies, providing mitigations for system shortfalls and required readiness levels.
* Provide technical advice for emerging GBSD maintenance concepts and assist in joint planning to ensure maximum sortie availability for USSTRATCOM.
* Track ICBM downstage failure rates, recommend Programmed Depot Maintenance actions, and monitor abnormal trends.
* Provide recurring training on multi-line status reporting, interface with IMDS experts for updates, and ensure training evolution.
* Verify AFGSC Staff Assistance Visits, inspections, and exercises, promoting effective sustainment and unit operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements
* Must possess Top Secret Clearance.
* Minimum (8) years of ICBM Logistics/Maintenance/Sustainment experience.
* Minimum (6) years Nuclear Munitions Management experience.
