Title:Warehouse/Forklift
Pay: $17/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm
Location: Shreveport
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This role includes operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate has previous forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts (depending on facility needs)
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Organize and stage products for shipping and receiving
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
• Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety policies
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to support operations

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Basic math and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
