Role Overview

As a Chargeback Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining accurate contract pricing and managing chargebacks. This role is all about precision, organization, and collaboration. You'll work closely with manufacturers, GPOs, and internal teams to ensure customers receive the correct pricing every time.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update contract pricing, customer eligibility, renewals, terminations, and files.
  • Proactively identify and resolve pricing or customer data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and GPOs for accurate and timely updates.
  • Manage a high volume of chargeback lines and ensure timely responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Analyze data using Excel, text files, or access databases.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train on departmental functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline programs.
What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of chargeback lines with speed and accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Analyze data using Excel and other tools
  • Cross-train on departmental functions and contribute to process improvements

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced skills a plus)
  • Experience in accounting, auditing or data analysis is helpful but not required
  • College degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
