Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and facility systems as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulations.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.).
