JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in welding is preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and terminology.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be capable of working flexible hours and/or overtime on short notice.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment and wear personal protective equipment as required.
