Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and transporting dishes to keep equipment and facilities sanitary. Scrubs and polishes counters, clean tables, and other equipment; cleans glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment. Prepares bills for food using MICROS POS, accepts payment or makes change, and balances receipts and payments in cash drawers. Cooks' food or prepares food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, using standard formulas or following directions and delivers orders to the kitchen and picks up and serves food when it is ready.
