Job Details

The Bar Porter is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the bar. The position requires maintaining stock, removal of waste, and general cleaning duties as required. Bar Porters may fill in as Bartenders when needed. The Bar Porter should have a guest service mentality, be neat and clean in appearance, and have good communication skills. In addition, the Bar Porter must be able to work under extreme pressure. Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma or GED. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABO card. Must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Essential Job Functions:Knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation. Ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy.
