About this Job The Recruitment Counselor is a 12-month, unclassified, administrative position reporting to the Director of Recruitment. The Recruitment Counselor supports the mission of LSUS Office of Recruitment and the university's student recruitment program by representing the University on campus and in the community. Reports to the Director of Recruitment & Scholarships and is a full-time, exempt position. This summary is not intended to be a comprehensive or all-inclusive description of duties and responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
