Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician for an exciting Travel Allied job in Shreveport, LA. Shift: 5x8 hr nights Start Date: 01/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $1200 / Week

Shift Length: 8-9 hours
Schedule: 22:30 PM - 07:00 AM

Experience & Requirements
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Education Preferred: Surgical Technology program OR Bachelor's in Surgical Technology
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years working with and leading teams
Experience Preferred: 2 years in sterile processing
Experience as a scrub tech or surgical tech in a hospital

Certifications (Preferred):
CRCST
CSPDT
CST
Supplier Note: CRCST + minimum 2 years of experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department
Supervise staff and coordinate preoperative support services
Manage inventory, instrumentation, and equipment distribution for OR and user areas
Ensure inventory levels meet patient care demands while remaining cost-effective
Train, develop, and motivate sterile processing staff
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards
Ensure proper handling and documentation of inventory transactions
Adapt communication and behavior to diverse patient populations
Perform additional related duties as required

Physical & Environmental Requirements
Heavy Work:
Lifting up to 50-100 lbs occasionally
Frequent standing, walking, pushing, and pulling
Routine exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissues
