Imperial Super Regional Distributor is an 100 year old Super Regional Wholesale Distributor that is currently is seeking motivated, flexible people with a great attitude to join our winning team. Experience is not necessary as long as you are ready to learn, grow and contribute to the team effort and successes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Order Selector
*Select merchandise from slots safely, quickly and accurately.
*Package the merchandise correctly and neatly to maintain saleability.
2. Checker
*Ensure shipping tote is labeled properly.
*Check merchandise for accuracy and correct count.

3. Pack Cigarettes

*Place correctly sized empty boxes in each of the active packing slots.

*Place cartons of cigarettes into the empty boxes in the quantity outlined by the mounted monitors.

*Apply case label to appropriate cases when instructed and ensure all cases are labeled.

4. Stamp Cigarettes

*Responsible for comparing product labels against product selected

*Responsible for notification and approval of supervisor for voids, scratches or adjustments to pick slips

*Responsible for assisting other areas when necessary

*Must ensure 100% compliance in stamping while visually reviewing stamping process every 30-60 cartons

*Must continuously check the stamps to ensure they are not slipping or stamping off sides

*Must continuously perform/ensure proper cleaning of stamp machine and all work areas

*All good/damaged cartons are either re-slotted in the correct location or placed in their designated area

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
*Must be in good physical condition with the ability to bend, lift, carry boxes up to 50 pounds.
*Ability to understand simple math including addition and subtraction.
*Ability to read and understand work orders.
*Ability to understand good memory patterns by quickly and easily finding items on shelves.
*Ability to demonstrate proper packing procedures.

*Ability to understand sequential ordering and placement of items on conveyor.

*Ability to review pick ticket and check for order accuracy.
*Must have the ability to properly communicate with teammates and supervisors of any issues, concerns or problems.

*Must have the ability to occasionally work in extreme temperatures.

*Other duties - as with all other positions, additional responsibilities and duties from other job descriptions may be required on an "as needed" basis.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing light strenuous activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands or arms. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must be able to perform the physical duties of a warehouse worker as the employee may be required to assist when needed.

The employee must be able to regularly lift and pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job in a warehouse environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor weather conditions. The employee must occasionally work in wet humid conditions and with the risk of electrical shock.

The noise level of the work environment is usually loud.

Education

1. High School Degree or Equivalent

1. Must have the ability to work in extreme temperature conditions.
2. Must have the ability to work Sunday - Friday, as needed.
