What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage complex projects, coordinating detailing efforts and multiple vendors from estimating to completion
• Ensure effective contract management, including coordination of detailing, scheduling, and delivery of products and services
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to meet project requirements
• Lead the change order process and interpret project plans and contractual terms
• Formulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling for leadership updates

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, commercial, detailing/drafting, customer-facing, or rebar roles
• Strong mathematical and problem?solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Energetic self?starter with initiative and enthusiasm
• Knowledge of ACI codes and CRSI standards
• Experience in customer relations and conflict resolution
• Basic understanding of contract law and standard business practices
