What is Required (Qualifications)
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
Proven expertise in project management methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum
Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% to major U.S. sites
CORE or equivalent certification (e.g., Six Sigma or Change Management)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SAP and prior implementation experience
Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative software development approaches
Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities effectively
Experience in leading and managing change within an organization
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications
