Sales Associate

Position Summary
Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is looking for a Sales Associate to join its Franchise Development team. This position is full-time (remote) and will report to the Director of Development. This is a unique opportunity to join our team of A-players! This is a critical role that will be a cornerstone of our growth strategy as we expand our brand across the country. You will be responsible for contacting inbound information requests and initiating conversations with potential franchisees as they embark in the process of developing new stores.

• Contact potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and texts to respond inbound info requests coming from our digital lead generation efforts, these are people that are contacting us, no cold calling!
• Schedule calls with prospects where you'll: Deliver a warm, friendly welcome, introduce our pawesome brand, answer any preliminary questions they may have. Then, if it's a good fit, arrange their next steps (most likely a call with one of our Directors of Franchise Development)
• Maintain impeccable records of all client interactions in our user-friendly CRM platform
• Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and drive automation of tools

• Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Be technically proficient in understanding and using software applications and on-line tools
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral with the ability to face external and internal partners in professional and mature manner
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Passionate about delivering great customer experience
• Attention to detail and capabilities to work on different projects in parallel
