Job Description

Casino Dealer Trainee School

We are now accepting applicants interested in attending up to 6-week Dealer Trainee Program designed to prepare individuals for a career as a casino table games dealer.

This posting is intended for candidates who are interested in training and skill development leading to potential employment upon successful completion of the program.

Program Details

• Length: Up to 6 weeks

• Purpose: Training to become a casino table games dealer

• Compensation During Training:
  • This position does not include an hourly wage

• • This position does not include benefits

Post-Training Employment

Successful trainees may be eligible for employment as a casino dealer following program completion and approval.

Completion Incentive

Participants who:

• Successfully complete the up to 6-week class

• Pass the dealer audition
• Able to meet licensing, background, and screening requirements;
  • Will receive a sign on bonus of $250.00 once hired,
  • and $250.00 after 90 days of employment,
  • and $500.00 after 181 days of employment.
