Coordinate with branch and department teams to facilitate all elements of the client onboarding process.
Work alongside Portfolio Management teams to handle requests for setting up new accounts or transferring assets into the organization.
Address inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Role Expectations
Support clients, partner Financial Advisors, Senior Investment Consultants, and Portfolio Manager Teams with onboarding and inquiries related to new accounts.
Prepare documentation for new accounts across various legacy platforms such as Rochdale and CNAM, as well as the mid-net-worth platform, Symphonic Financial Advisors.
Set up new accounts and manage the daily Outstanding Actions Report.
Maintain a database containing all client, Financial Advisor, and partner firm contact information, including processing changes related to partner's broker dealer and/or RIA.
Gather information from third-party sources, transcribe it into client systems, enter data manually into system records, collect signatures, and input data from PDFs into spreadsheets and Salesforce.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
