The Director of Janitorial Services leads a multi?site janitorial operations team across a defined region, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role oversees strategic and day?to?day management of janitorial services, driving performance excellence, optimizing resources, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and staff. This is an in?person role. The ideal candidate will be located in or near Shreveport, LA.
