A commercial and residential cleaning company is currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Remote work and overtime are available for evenings and weekends, but overtime is not required. The position offers full benefits after the successful completion of a probationary period.
The call center focuses on scheduling appointments for callers needing specialized carpet cleaning or upholstery services for residential or commercial properties. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and determining if they have used the services before by looking up location information or creating a new account. Applicants must be comfortable providing customer service over the phone while performing data entry or account maintenance.
Responsibilities include creating accounts, scheduling appointments for cleaning technicians, noting services such as cleaning rooms or square footage, spot cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or additional services. The CSR records special notes from property owners regarding animals, furniture to be moved, gate or security codes, etc. They also collect payment information over the phone and make follow-up outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any adjustments needed.
