divh2Custodian/h2pThe primary purpose of the custodian is to facilitate the cleanliness of the plant./ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong/ppstrongEssential Functions/strong/pol start=1liPerform basic daily janitorial tasks as directed. ulliEnsure that floors are swept in aisles and under machinery./liliEmpty all trash receptacles./liliBlow down plant as requested for lint./li/ul/liliMove/relocate items as requested by Plant Manager or Plant Supervisors./liliAssist with loading and unloading trucks as requested./liliAssist with cart washing./liliAssist with cleaning tools as requested/liliEnsure that rest rooms are cleaned daily in accordance with company standards. ulliToilets must be scrubbed clean to include outside of bowl to floor and any and all staining and or mildew/mold growth. Toilet seats (top and bottom) must be kept clean and dry./liliSinks and faucets must be kept in a high state of cleanliness, no water stains or scum accumulation in and around fixtures./liliMirrors must be clean and spot free./liliWalls need to be wiped down using mild cleaning solution./liliTops of baseboards must be scrubbed to reduce dust build up from plant./li/ul/liliBreak room must be kept free of trash and tables wiped clean./liliParking lot should be kept trash free and linen free.
