Through our 2?Hour Learning approach, we combine AI?adaptive technology with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading outcomes. Your role: create and implement workshops that yield quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the expansion of this program to campuses nationwide.

This position is not about administrative lesson planning. It centers on data?informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading curriculum that serves thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
• Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and extract actionable findings
• Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI?integrated materials that help early elementary students reach grade?level reading proficiency

Reading Interventionist Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton?Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small?group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre?packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Available to work on?site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with Us

This is a full?time (40 hours per week), long?term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
