Customer Service Representative - Onsite in Plantation, FL (We will need proof of completed education - GED, high school, or higher can be accepted)

Pay:

• $18.00/hour if bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule:

• Must be flexible to work 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Includes one weekend day

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plantation, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls only
• Respond to and resolve consumer inquiries and issues
• Educate customers on the status of previously submitted per-authorizations or per-determination requests

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience with the same employer
• High School Diploma required
