Southern Air of Shreveport is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team./ppWhat you will do:/pp Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures./pp Provide excellent customer service./pp Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems./pp For each installation job, request necessary parts equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it./pp Document work performed in accordance with company procedure./pp Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards./pp Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions./pp All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager./ppRequirement:/pp Basic HVAC knowledge./pp Must be EPA 608 Universal certified./pp Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen./pp Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods./pp Physical dexterity./ppWhat we offer:/pp Paid Time Off./pp Company Paid Holiday./pp Health, Dental, Vision, Prescription plan, Life Insurance./pp Matching 401K with match./ppPosted Min Pay Rate: USD $16.00/Hr./ppPosted Max Pay Rate: USD $22.00/Hr./p/div
