Position Description

This role primarily involves cleaning and preparing work sites, handling debris disposal, and managing material loading/unloading. You will be using various hand and power tools, such as air hammers, earth tampers, chainsaws, and trenching equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prioritize safety at all times.
• Assist with general labor tasks at construction and service sites.
• Utilize hand and power tools, including air hammers, earth tampers, chainsaws, and trenching equipment.
• Prepare work sites and manage cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
• Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Be prepared for potential overtime.
• Job locations will vary, requiring willingness to travel frequently.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Participate in routine training as assigned (LMS, OSHA-10 hour, etc.).
• Understand and implement roadside traffic control measures.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required; CDL is highly desired.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
