Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $38.00 - $40.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Payrate: $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will support the development of data analytics platforms for outsourced programs including lab asset management, lab support services and spare parts management to drive informed decisions. Provides thought leadership and innovation within projects and across functional areas. Using multiple databases, provides data that shows areas of opportunity related to asset care.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Company and Provider CMMS interface data is mirrored for lab assets.
- When needed, support program expansions to other Company locations by participating in data requests or workflows to accommodate site-specific requirements.
- Participate in meetings to address questions that arise on a frequent basis.
- Partner with other Providers to validate information presented to the program or end users (financials, trends, etc.).
- Develop reports for auto-generation for distribution to enable review of recurring data to drive decisions.
- Support a deep dive of data analyses on systems or assets on request.
Must Have Skills:
- Experienced with business process analyses and reporting
- Ability to integrate AI tools such as Chat GPT to optimize data extractions
- Proficient in Maximo with additional computer knowledge/skills with the following: Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI

- Strong communication experience in presenting data to non-technical colleagues.
