Skilled Laborer - Oil & Gas

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Skilled Laborer to join our oil and gas operations in Bossier City, LA. This position supports daily field activities and requires hands-on experience working in industrial or oilfield environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and able to work in demanding outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities

• Assist with oil and gas field operations and general site maintenance
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment or safety issues
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Work effectively with crew members and supervisors

• Previous experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial labor preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
