Role Details

This role works weekend hours (FridayMonday 8am8pm or SaturdaySunday 8am8pm) with a maximum of 30 hours per week. You will initially join 10 weeks of remote training.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support and guidance aligned with Monzos values.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Ability to work weekend hours and manage a maximum 30-hour work week.
  • Remote-friendly with reliable internet access for the training period.
