What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide exceptional customer support on the employers temporary housing line, assisting policyholders, adjusters, and partners
• Handle inbound calls, process hotel extensions, and support billing?related inquiries
• Accurately enter new housing claims into the system and monitor inbound emails for claim questions
• Contact insureds via text and email to confirm hotel extension needs and update the hotel database for accuracy
• Audit hotel folios and related claims for billing accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
• Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and financial services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in the insurance or finance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent problem?solving and resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with customer service in a claims processing context
