Legends - 2000 CenturyTel Center Drive - Responsibilities: Work in the main kitchen areas preparing food items for the facility; Fulfilling the service per each banquet event orders (BEO) and coordinating with concessions workers, cashiers and runners; Maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and assist with annual maintenance; Design buffet food presentations and prepare recipes as directed; Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions and leave work area in a clean and orderly fashion
