Washroom Representative

📍 Bossier City, LA 🕒 Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (most weeks) | Day Shift | No Regular Weekends

Porter's Industrial of Louisiana is hiring a dependable and motivated Washroom Representative to join our production team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running safely and efficiently while delivering quality service to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Operate industrial washers and dryers • Load and unload garments and bulk items • Set proper wash and dry cycles • Transfer products between machines • Monitor equipment and report issues • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Meet daily production and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Able to stand for long periods and lift/move materials throughout the shift • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment • Willing to handle soiled materials (PPE provided) • Reliable attendance and strong teamwork
