Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Owns all aspects of strategic relationships with a specific group of VIP players for whom they direct account development, relationship building and service while on property.; Generate casino revenue through development of VIP accounts while maximizing existing revenue streams utilizing active databases and marketing programs.; Build loyalty among VIP customers by developing relationships using marketing and upscale sales techniques.; Maintain relationships with VIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person to maximize gaming revenue goals.; Coordinate with team to deliver high-end service, including pre-trip itineraries and on-property/off-property VIP events.
