MIRACORP, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), Western District of Louisiana. This role provides important administrative support for immigration-related cases.

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and identifying types of immigration filings
• Tracking and documenting important case deadlines
• Updating local and division-wide deadlines, documents, and docket information
• Maintaining databases, files, and correspondence
• Preparing documentation for new, active, and closing cases
• Communicating with agency staff regarding deadlines, data entry, and case details
• Assisting with full case openings and supporting ongoing case management

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Associate's degree in office administration, paralegal studies, or a related field
• OR a Bachelor's degree (may substitute for experience)
• At least one year of clerical, office, or administrative support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic document management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• U.S. Citizenship (required for federal contract work)
