This part-time position is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide supervision within a K-12 school setting in Bossier City, Louisiana. The role focuses exclusively on supervisory responsibilities, offering crucial support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in completing renewal competency assessments. This contract assignment is available immediately and will continue through May 19, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2 hours of BCBA supervision weekly, totaling approximately 8 hours per month.
• Assist RBTs with renewal competency assessment requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Louisiana Behavioral Analyst Licensing standards.
• Collaborate with school staff to monitor and support ongoing behavior intervention programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification.
• Proven experience as a BCBA working in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis methodologies for K-12 populations.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
