Primary Job Duties

As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for keeping parts inventory on hand to support our mechanics.

• Warehouse/stockroom Inventory cycle counts
• Utilize internal computer programs to issue, return, and process parts/tooling from stock
• Drive company vehicles to airport gates for COMAT/AOG and road trips
• Verify, pull, and prepare shipments/receipts
• Perform data entry, including emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions
• Operate a forklift to load and unload shipments
• Sweep, mop, and maintain the organization of the warehouse/stockrooms
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Pass a background check
• Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not required
• Team player - able to work well with others
• Self-motivated - able to work without supervision
• Detail-oriented and quick learner
• Computer knowledge helpful
• Work under pressure
• Evaluate and solve problems
• Be in good standing with the company

Physical and Other Requirements

• Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Need to be flexible - schedule is subject to change
• Available to work any day of the week, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• This is a full-time position, starting at $17.31 per hour
• This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
