In this role, you will develop statistical and predictive data models, specifically for workforce planning and strategy initiatives, that align with agency leadership objectives and goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in data modeling, data analytics, and data visualization with knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and metrics.
