Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Control entry and exit at gates, lobbies and/or vehicle access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs and directing traffic flow as needed; Monitor cameras, alarms and other access systems, and report suspicious or unusual activity to site leadership and/or local authorities following post orders; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including resident disputes, parking concerns, noise complaints and/or medical calls as directed by site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, amenities and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and to identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns, documenting findings in written reports
